surgeon for stitches removal

Dears,

can you recommend a WSP-based surgeon that is good with children? My son has cut his eyebrow ridge and as a result he's a proud keeper of 3 stitches. It was a school accident and he was handled by an E.R. doctor at St. Luc. The doctor, however, insisted that our kid have the stitches removed by his regular doctor and not the E.R. next week. Our regular doctor refused, and now I am at a loss to whom I should turn.
Do you know of any surgeon's office in the WSP area? (Or another specialist who'd agree to remove the stitches). My kid is very calm and never panicks when a medical procedure is performed on him.
