Swimming pool coach/ physiotherapy

Does anybody know of a swimming instructor/ coach who would happen to be also a physiotherapist within brussels region? I've got a back & knees injury and though i follow therapy with a regular physiotherapist, i've been adviced to swim but would rather do it with a coach to avoid anymore pain. Any contacts are more than welcomed!
