Ive had tattoos done at Funestick Tattoo on Chaussée de Charleroi, and another one in a gallery in the centre somewhere on rue neuve I think...both were fine.

Fabrizio is a nice guy, and managed to actually do the design I brought in...his was the third place I tried, the other two gave me their "artists impression" of what I wanted. Fabrizio replicated exactly, and it was a very complicated design....not so much the pictire but the placemen...and most people dont know what it is until I explain...
