Taxi from Gare du Nord

Question

Two family members are spending a few days in Amsterdam and decided to visit Brussels. Being on the budget, they will take the Eurolines bus. I checked their web site and it states that the stop is at "CCN, Gare du Nord, Rue du Progrès 80". They will arrive quite late and I can't meet them, so I suggested they take a taxi to my place (I will pay for it). I've never been to Gare du Nord so don't know the area at all. Would anyone know if from the Eurolines bus stop it is relatively easy to find the taxi rank?
Also, are there luggare lockers at Gare du Nord?
Many thanks in advance!

I

Check again, Eurolines website has a stop at Gare du Midi listed, could you send them an email asking if the bus stops at Midi as well (if that is nearer to your home)? Well it's probably not likely as Amsterdam-Brussels North is more logical, but you never know.
.
Would it not make sense to go and look for yourself before they arrive, so you can tell them what to look for, or go and meet them perhaps?
