Telenet 0800 number

Question

I need to call telenet on their 0800 number but I am abroad. Presumably calling telenet from a telenet mobile is free in Belgium, but does anyone know about roaming? Am now on PAYG so don't want a big bill!

Their website says that calling their "service clientele" from abroad incurs standard call charges.

In general, calling any 0800 number from abroad doesn't work, but I suppose that it might calling a Belgian 0800 (= +32 800) number using a Belgian gsm, although again I would expect any successful call to incur charges.

Thanks! I did email, resulting in an email from tgem requesting I call them back on the 0800 number. Have now emailed again, pointing out my overseas landline number :)
