Telenet for mobile phone/mobile internet services

Do any of you use Telenet for mobile phone/mobile internet and if so would you recommend it. I'm a bit worried that I might not have coverage when I travel to other European countries. For the moment I'm with Proximus and am satisfied with their service but find them expensive for my usage (also I'm not happy that I had to pay about 34 euro for reconnection as I delayed in paying one months invoice).
