TERRIBLE VOO Experience

I have had VOO since 2009 when I moved here to Brussels. I was recently away for a year for a fellowship and subleased my apartment. Upon returning to Brussels, I have taken up my VOO contract again, but I find them to be an absolute nightmare. It took them over a month to transfer my contract back to me (I transferred my contract to the person subleasing my apt, and she then returned it to me when I moved back). It took many calls over several weeks to actually get the transfer to go through. In the meantime, they have cut off my internet and cable on two separate occasions for several days. Now they are telling me that I owe money for a few months during which I was not on the contract. The worst part is that when I call to speak with the Admin at VOO, they just want to argue. They do not even try to solve the problem. I have never experienced such combative, argumentative and divisive behavior in my life. Has anyone else experienced this decline of basic service from VOO? After 6 years, I will switch providers, but I am curious if anyone has recommendations? Has anyone made the switch and if so, to which providers? Thanks
