Therapist for self-esteem/mild depression

Question

Hi all,
(I did try searching for this in the archives but it must be a while since something was posted)
Looking for a recommendation for a therapist for self-esteem/mild depression. Ideally someone with some familiarity of gay/lesbian issues, although doesn't necessarily have to be gay themselves.
I am already aware of CHS and I am really looking for a psychotherapist rather than a "coach" as such (health insurance won't pay for it!).
Thanks

Hello,

It is already a good step asking for help. In case you are interested, I offer free art therapy sessions (you just need to bring your own materials, or use the one that I have for very little money). Art therapy can really help you put things into perspective and get a new view on your life. It can really help in building your self-esteem which is directly linked to depression. If you need more information check out: www.chezpinkelephant.com.

Best of luck,

Anamaria
