Is Timecredit considered as interruption in work for naturalization reasons?

Question

As per the new law of nationality by declaration it is required to prove social integration. One of the ways through which Social integration can be proven through is: 'Provide evidence of having worked in Belgium for at least 5 years immediately prior to submitting the application'

Now If someone has taken a full time time credit - would this be considered as a 'interrupted' work or can I consider 1 year of time credit within the 5 year requirement?

Please advise correctly.
Thank you
