IS it best to have VPN if I want to get torrent-sites?
(I know it is best for downloading, this is about getting to the sites)

Yes, you will be blocked in Belgium from some torrent sites if you do not use a VPN.

there are so many torrent sites, that even if one is blocked, you can find the alternative proxy site and get the torrent that way.

Pirate bay for example, is blocked in Belgium, but if you do a seach for piratebay proxy, plenty of other domains that you can get to without a vpn.

www.yify-torrent.org is pretty good. And not blocked in Belgium.
