Traffic offence - part 2

Question

I posted earlier about being notified of a 3rd degree traffic offence. A friend suggests I ask for proof - a photo or CCTV image. There is no mention in the PV of such like. It gives the name of a police officer who may be the one who spotted me. Does the law in Belgium state that a police officer's word is final ?

The PV of a police officer is final, unless you have better evidence yourself, like photo or video .....
If you haven't been stopped and identified , they can only prove that it was YOUR car .............
