Traffic offense
Hi. I have been in the court today by crossing the red light.
It was very early morning and I did not know there was a light.
Anyway, I have to pay fine which is pretty a lot of money and my license will be suspended for 8days.
The problem is I also have to pass the exam I really do not know anything about.
The translator who helped me in the court said there is a center in Brussels where I can take the exam in English.
Aneone can tell me what I prepare for the exam? I will appreciate for all the details such as how to apply for the exam, any book to study, and what is the process to end this nightmare?
It is my first time to break the traffic light. Please help me.

1. You can go to ATC in brussels to take an appointment for your theory exam, you can get the study material ( in english) from fnac ( if it is nearby) else try any normal book shop around brussels.
2. You do not have to give your licence straight away, wait for the police to make a visit to your home with the registered letter. The letter will arrive between now and 3 months time, but you can give the theory exam straight away without delay.
3. You will get a notification in 4-6 months to pay the money, you need to pay it only then ( again an official letter).
