Google translate is generally considered rubbish. In fact it does not translate, but looks for approximate;y similar sets of phrases.
Whilst not perfect 'http://www.interglot.com/' is far better.
It's about 70% accurate. That depends on the to & from languages - some are easier to translate automatically than others.
OK to give you an idea that you're not being insulted in Arabic, way off the mark for even simple grammatical issues like the use of "tu" and "vous".
Have you tried Collins' Reverso website which offers translation, dictionary and conjugation facilities, inter alia - and for a range of common languages.
