Looking for a house in Tervuren. If one leaves Tervuren at 7:30 am going on the ring north and around past Strombeek to the E40 going towards Ghent, how long would it take to get from Tervurn to the Ghent exit ?

Just to the exit for Gent and not Gent itself? At the very best, a minimum of 20-25 mins, but there's the huge risk of it taking a few hours, if the R0 is blocked around Zaventem to Antwerp exits.
