Question

I need to get rid of some very large conifer trees from my garden. They could cause a danger to my neighbours property should they fall and at over 15m tall they do tend to move quite dramatically in high winds. Does anyone know if the Zaventem Commune have a service for this or if not then does anyone know of a specialist that can give me a quote for the removal of 4 trees. They are at the bottom of a large garden although there is access to the area but not for acrane or lorry.

You cannot remove a large tree without consent from the commune. You need to contact the ad-hoc department and after receiving the green light contact a woodcutter. The commune may well have a list of those she prefers to work with. In any case, you'll have to pay the bill.
