Troc - any experience with them?

Troc - the company that buys & sells second hand stuff - Anybody dealt with them or had their house cleared by them. Do they clear the house well and offer a fair price? Is it cash on the spot or must you wait to see it they actually sell your stuff?
(I guess independent workers don't get dole or any support in Belgium?)
