Unable to Use eID

Hello, I have an eID card reader (that works for Macs), my ID, and I've properly installed the eID software. The reader works and recognizes the data on my card. When I go to Tax-On-Web (via the Safari browser) and try to "authenticate" myself in order to access my tax file, I get a message telling me the "Webprocess wants to use ____(long number) keychain", and asks me for a "keychain password". Anyone know what this may be? I'm glad I'm starting this process 6 months early...
