Unemployment benefits for redundant employee on expat tax regime

Hi,

I am made redundant from March 15th onwards. Since I have an expat tax rate since I started work in Belgium 5 years ago does it still make me eligible for unemployment benefits after March 1st? I am citizen of Ecuador.
