Does anybody know where in Brussels I could find natural liquid vanilla flavour without alcohol? I tried health food stores already, but without success.

Have you check your local supermarket? Delhaize have good baking sections including stuff l8ke this in my eexperience

Yes, but they only carry flavours with sugar/alcohol and the like

Agreed, Albert Heijn has got nice products, however, in Brussels, you should check Carrefour in French : https://drive.carrefour.eu/fr/search?store_ref=D0615&text=sirop%20caf%C3%A9
