Visit to Forest Commune and Police Station

Hi,

Was wandering if anyone could help or point me in the correct direction.
I came back over to Belgium and was stopped on the way in and out at the weekend, they said I had not been to the commune to deregister myself.
I left belgium a few years ago and posted my id card back, the police said I need to report to the commune and police station to deregister myself.

I am willing to pay some one to translate for me on Friday when i plan to be back in Brussels, could anyone help?
