Not a question but a WARNING! to all expats in the Waterloo area.
I have just come home to find that my german registered car has had both of its plates removed/stolen!!
There are clearly car thieves in the area!
That's terrible, but at least they didn't steal the car.
Did you report it to the police immediately?
