Three years ago I had a company install windows at my home. Now there is a problem with one of them but the company went bankrupt and doesn't exist any more. What happens on these occasions, is my 10 year warranty lost?

A warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on unless it's backed independantly by a building warranty scheme.
