washing machine leak
I cannot recommend a repair man.
However I am confident that 'no leak last week, leak this week' means that a coupling has come loose somewhere and can almost certainly be sorted out by anyone who can operate a screwdriver.
At the very least, before calling someone out, try to locate the problem and see if you can repair it yourself.
Common routine if you call a plumber is that he will expect travelling expenses and the first hour - say €60.00 minimum - in cash before he will come into the house. If he then takes only 5 minutes to repair it you will not be the happiest bunny in Waterloo!
As for actually finding a plumber, ask that neighbour who has lived there for 15 years. If they tell you to 'go forth and multiply' you are no worse off.
As above - Access to washing machine innards is simple -- usually removal of a few screws -- Just ensure you have turned off the water and UNPLUGGED the power lead first!
