Water quality in Zaventem

Hi,

We recently moved to Zaventem and immediately noticed the difference in water between here and Brussels. The quality of water in Zaventem is bad, water has strange taste. We installed 2 filters on the water pipes and the filter became yellow after couple of weeks (filter is foreseen for 3 months). What can we do? Is it possible to test water in a laboratory? Should we write to vivaqua? Anybody else having problems with water in Zaventem area?
