Where can I buy Queso Blanco cheese in Brussels?

may have it, don't know for sure. There is another mexican store on Rue Francois Dons in Ixelles but again, don't know if they have it.

www.deliciouslydifferent.be don't stock it either (but do have other mexican stuff, Anchos, Epazote, Tomatillos, Nopalitos etc). I know some people substitute ricotta for it but I guess you knew that.

There must be a similar Farmer's cheese made in Belgium. I'll have a look around and post here in a few days time if I find some. It's always good to know where to get stuff.
