Where to find space-saving hangers in Brussels?

Hi guys. Trying to organize my closet but I have a really hard time finding shops in Brussels (1050, 1060, 1000) that even carry basic organizing accessories. Brico is useless and so is IKEA--this has to be within an easy metro ride from the Louise area. Anybody have any tips? Looking for the type of hanger seen here: http://amzn.to/LEaD29
