Hello, I was wondering two things, as I am searching for work for a long time.

1 Can I blog? I was thinking of using one of those free sites like blogger, hosted from the USA, and I wondered whether I need to register my blog here or something? What if down the road it generates money, then how do I register it?

And 2 Where can I find information (in English) on how to set up an asbl in Belgium? I have read the book on setting up a business but the tax and start up information is probably quite different.
