Motor show returns to Brussels Expo in January after one year absence

23:46 12/12/2024

Returning to Brussels Expo for its 101st edition is the capital’s traditional motor show from 10 to 19 January, reports RTBF.

The automobile salon will boast a record 63 car and light commercial vehicle brands, event organiser Febiac announced.

The 2025 motor show will be staged in several halls of the landmark Heysel building, covering a total of 56,000m².

After previous difficulty attracting exhibitors, Febiac has now succeeded in bringing together exhibitors who represent 90.4% of the Belgian automobile market, it said.

In addition, the event will host for the second time the European ‘Car of the Year’ competition, which was founded in 1964.

Febiac also promises several world and European premieres at the salon, as well as several dozen dream cars, sports cars and two high-performance Formula 1 cars.

The motor show hopes to attract some 300,000 visitors.
