Belgium sets aside €10m to fight cyber-crime

The Belgian federal government has put aside €10m in its 2014 budget to fight against cyber crime, DataNews reported. Prime minister Elio Di Rupo and the deputy prime ministers have also agreed on the creation of a centre against cyber criminality, following the hacking of computer systems used by the prime minister, the foreign ministry and Belgium’s biggest telecoms operator, Belgacom.
