I'm interested in participate in any kind of actions where I could communicate in English. I'm fluent in writing and reading, but I need more practice for speaking fluently.

I have been living in Belgium for past 3 years, never felt the use of car. Now with a 1 year old son, I feel car(Opting for Company Car) gives you bit more mobility especially in winters.
Did a search on here and found a couple of recommended companies and systems. Culligan seems the world leader. How much would it cost to install a system in an apartment in Brussels 1200?
