sorry to bother you with another citizenship question, but I need some advice so any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
I have a Belgian driver's license on the basis of my US driver's license. My US license has expired and I cannot renew it, since I no longer live at that address.
Can anyone tell me about possibilities for getting a Sat and/or Sun newspaper delivered to the house on the same day in Brussels?

So I've bought a PC with Dutch Windows, a language I don't speak. Can I change this to English or French?
Does anyone know where i can get a copy of my passport certified here in Belgium. It is for the English authorities.

Is it possible and if so, what is the required to do an early pension withdraw as one is leaving Belgium for ever? Not a BE citizen. Worked temporary, but was a resident in BE.
