We have a house we want to rent out. The trouble is that it’s not quite ready.
I was perhaps we could rent out through an agency, and have them take care of works etc?
Does anyone have any experience of these? One has been installed in our rented apartment with no instructions. As far as I can see, there is no switch to turn it off.
i live in a small building with three apartments plus a shop in the rez-de-chaussée.
The apartment we rent is now up for sale. We have lived there for 4 years (we originally had a 3 year lease and didn't sign anything new after that).
Can a landlord demand amount higher than rental guarantee? I moved out and according to etat des lieux de sortie I owe the landlord 1500 EUR for damages to apartment.
