I am looking to purchase a house that will need some renovation work and need an architect who can estimate of the cost of the work.
Anyone know of a good (not overly expensive, but responsible) gardener who works in the Brussels area? It would be for an apartment in St Gilles with a garden of about 80m2.

Would anyone know of someone who could replace a drain at reasonable cost in the Brussels area, please? The work involves digging up the old pipe, replacing it and the flagstones on top..
We need to move our furniture from Denmark to Bruxelles in October, but the qoutes we get from Danish movers are really expensive (€4500+).
Am about to sign a rental / lease contract ("bail") for an apartment as main residence. Is a garage fee part of the base rent ("loyer de base") or is it a "charge"?
