Wish to give away a working colour TV (cathodic type, 51 cm), not successul with classified, tried CPAS. Anyone with any ideas who could receive this with pleasure ?
A question for a friend who is not EU and is not living in Belgium.
I have a house in Brussels which I need to rent. I am livig in Asia and cannot deal with it myself and I'e never done it before.
I was surfing my account in the Electrabel website and I noticed that my monthly invoice has not been updated since May 2010, probably the last time that the meters were checked by the company.
I am looking for a civil engineer or someone competent to oversee and report on repairs needed at a property in Wezembeek Oppem.
Does anybody know a lawyer specialized in rents? I might need one.
