Is it possible to find one's annual compte individuel online anywhere, perhaps a ministry of finance website if I have a Belgian e-id and reader?

My beloved Canadian husband passed away a few weeks ago. He permanently lived in Belgium since +/- 16 years.

I've enjoyed very few series on Netflix, notably House of Cards, Breaking Bad and Narcos. I've tolerated a few others, such as Bates Motel and even Better Call Saul.
I will shortly move to Belgium with my partner for c. 18 months. We currently live in the UK and I plan to continue my work in the UK remotely with the occasional commute back.
After recent troubles with our boiler we are searching for a company who can perform regular maintenance and possible repairs (including emergency ones) in heating and water system.
Most of the companies I've worked for in Belgium have required a medical certificate even for one day of absence due to illness (in fact I understand this is the law).
