Hello. I just moved to Brussels from the United States. Can anyone tell me how to hang pictures, shelves, etc on the walls without using Command strips?

I am an EU national myself and I will come to do my Master degree in Brussels in September.
Having left Belgium without 'unregistering' at the local commune, what should a person do when visiting the country in future?
We are a Belgian family (French) from Wavre. Our two children (7 & 9) are homeschooled.
I live in the centre of Brussels (Debrouckere) and am going to buy a car. As i'll only use the car at weekends i need somewhere to park it during the week.
I need to go from one of Brussels to another tomorrow by public transport.
My ideal route would be a combination of the Metro, Tram and a bus
I am Belgian but have been living in Australia for over 20 years. I am planning on coming back with my family for at least a year next year (2018). I would love your advice re: schools.
I have been living in Belgium for some years; being in two relationships. Yet none of them turned out serious. I dont know why the values of us didnt match.
