In the same immersive ambiance philosophy as the studios dedicated to Zen, Energy, Motion classes, or even the cycling sessions in the Cadence studio, the fitness space has been redesigned to encourage members to establish their workout routine. 

Elegantly divided into four zones, the different fitness areas immerse you in an industrial and energetic design.

• LIFTING ZONE: Equipped with free weights and new Technogym equipment, with a vulcanised rubber floor for added comfort and safety.

• STRENGTH ZONE: A variety of assisted strength training equipment to target specific muscle groups and correct muscle imbalances. 

• CARDIO ZONE: For a fully personalised cardio workout with Technogym's Excite Live Captio, offering an interactive and stimulating experience. 

• RECOVERY ZONE: A dedicated space with Hyperice massage equipment for optimal muscle recovery.

Social well-being

Thanks to the Spa and Café facilities, the club becomes "the place to be" to find physical and mental balance.

Opened in September, the Café welcomes members and non-members alike in a warm atmosphere. Whether indoors or on the terrace, this social hub is ideal for connecting or relaxing, meeting friends, discovering new people, or attending a business conference or wellness workshop.
