Editors create new Brussels beer
The British indie rock band Editors has joined forces with cooperative brewery Brussels Beer Project to produce a new beer named Salvation, after a song from the group's fifth studio album, In Dream. The band performed in front of a sold-out audience in Brussels' Palais 12 at the weekend, writes brusselnieuws.be.
The band members met with the young Brussels Beer Project (BBP) brewers Olivier and Sébastien three times in order to develop the new beer. Salvation is based on the musicians' flavour preferences following a tasting.
"On their first visit, they tasted several different beers,” Olivier told brusselnieuws.be. “They let us listen to their new album, and showed us the different places in Scotland where the album was recorded.”
