I'm interested in participate in any kind of actions where I could communicate in English. I'm fluent in writing and reading, but I need more practice for speaking fluently.

Please advise abour Car Insurance for a provisional license holder? I search for many companies but most of them are not working with Provisional License holders. Any suggestions?

I have been living in Belgium for past 3 years, never felt the use of car. Now with a 1 year old son, I feel car(Opting for Company Car) gives you bit more mobility especially in winters.
