Thanks for all the answers to my question yesterday about how to go about selling the house without using an estate agent.
My wife and i recently decided we will be hiring a place in Belgium. We went to look, and the current tenants are still residing there. The home is furnished with their belongings.

I have just come home to find that my german registered car has had both of its plates removed/stolen!!
We have a house with wood windows which are single glazing.
Does anyone who has experience in selling their house in Belgium without using an estate agent any advice to offer? Are there any published and accurate guides, preferably in English?
Can one offer above the asking price of a property, or is the seller limited to accepting a maximum of the asking price? Just to check how this works locally. Thanks.
