Brussels 2024 guide - the capital’s cultural hotlist 100 - is out now
Pocket-sized BRUSSELS 2024 is the new edition of the capital’s essential English-language cultural guide.
Offering 100 ideas for cultural events and outings across the city, it’s packed with must-see exhibitions, festivals and events. They have been selected by 10 culture journalists with a passion for what’s happening in Brussels, including editorial staff at the Bulletin.
The fun and practical book will accompany arts lovers all-year-round. Among its agenda highlights are flagship events for Belgium’s six-month presidency of the European Council from 1 January.
With the country set to shine on the international stage, special projects include exhibitions dedicated to surrealism, artist James Ensor and film director Chantal Akerman. Tributes are equally paid to artists and designers Jean-Michel Folon, Christophe Gevers and Josef Hoffman.
A monthly calendar completes the book, enabling visitors to plan their cultural explorations of the city.
The unique guide BRUSSELS 2024 is a creation of the Foundation for the Arts, in collaboration with visit.brussels. It’s available for €10 from the BIP Meeting Centre of visit.brussels and bookstores around the city.
