The Brussels Motor Show rolls into town
The 2014 Brussels European Motor Show for cars and motorcycles officially kicked off last night as King Philippe opened the event for its 92nd edition. The doors will open to the public beginning tomorrow at 10 am and will continue until the 26th of January at the Brussels Exposition.
Despite being surrounded by some of the world’s top automobiles, Belgium’s King paid them little notice, instead heading to the Job on Wheels programme to meet the many young participants interested in finding a career in the automotive sector. The job initiative will be open to anyone in the public looking to learn how to break into the industry.
This year’s show will feature virtually every model and make on the market, and others that will wet the appetite for the future. Whether in search of a practical vehicle for the family, an green energy vehicle, or a top-level sports car, the more than 100,000 square metres will provide something for everyone.
