Hi all, we recently bought a house and now have around 16 months to obtain a conformance certificate for the electrical system.
I'm renting an apartment, and I understand I'm required to get insurance.
We are thinking of buying a house that has tenants currently living there. We have been advised they have only a verbal contract with the current owner and have been there for quite some time.
My 1 year contract could become 3 years but I wish to quit before I finish this first year.
